Clio C. Silman is a seasoned banking professional with over 25 years of experience in project management, business transformation, and investor relations. Currently, Clio serves as Managing Director and Implementation Practice Leader at Cornerstone Advisors, where expertise is shared with bank and credit union clients while leading a team of change agents in implementing core services and M&A system integration. Prior roles include Senior Vice President positions at MB Financial Bank, where Clio developed an investor relations strategy and led business transformation initiatives, and Cole Taylor Bank, implementing strategies to enhance operations and technology. Clio’s extensive background also includes key leadership roles at Bank of America, LaSalle Bank, and ABN AMRO Mortgage, focusing on operational improvements, financial management, and M&A. Clio holds an MBA in Management from Bryant University and a BA in Music from Providence College.
