Wendi Costlow

Wendi Costlow is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as Managing Director of Commercial & Consumer Bank Marketing at Cornerstone Capital Bank since June 2025, Wendi has previously held prominent roles, including EVP and Chief Marketing Officer at Independent Financial and Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Happy State Bank. With a solid track record in marketing leadership, Wendi has also served as SVP and Chief Marketing Officer at Prosperity Bank and spent over a decade at LegacyTexas Bank, where responsibilities included driving corporate marketing and acquisition strategies. Wendi began a career in marketing at Community Credit Union in 1995, advancing through various roles to ultimately lead marketing initiatives. Wendi holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Speech Communications from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Texas Woman's University.
