Rachel Juarez

Rachel Juarez is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in community transitions, therapy, and education. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Community Transitions and Case Manager at Cornerstone Services, INC, Rachel previously held positions as a therapist at Iroquois Mental Health Center and a behavioral therapist at Riverside Healthcare. Additional roles include school therapist and substitute teacher at Camelot Education, where expertise was applied to support children with social-emotional disorders.
