Pavan Valicherla has held various engineering and software development roles in different companies before joining Cornerstone OnDemand in December 2009. In their current role as Associate Vice President of Engineering, Pavan is leading multiple engineering teams in transitioning from Monolith to Micro services architecture in AWS. Throughout their career, Pavan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to align business goals with technology goals to deliver high-quality software products. Pavan holds a Masters in Computers and Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Andhra University.
