Kelly Conklin has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as an HR Talent Acquisition System Consultant and Analyst at Corning Incorporated since September 2007, where responsibilities include supporting the configuration and administration of various talent acquisition modules. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator and HR/Commercial Administrative Assistant at Adecco Group, along with a position as Marketing Manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where marketing strategies and promotional activities were developed and executed. Kelly Conklin holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts with a Minor in Biology from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2001.
