Kristine (Deily) Dale has over 25 years of experience in quality programs and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Quality Programs and United Way at Corning Incorporated since April 1997. Throughout their tenure at Corning, Kristine has held several leadership positions, including Director of IT Controls, Performance Excellence and Communications, and Director of Corporate Quality, among others. Prior to joining Corning, Kristine worked as an Applications Engineer at Schott North America from 1995 to 1997. Kristine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Alfred University, completing studies from 1990 to 1995.
