Peter Walker

Peter Walker joined Corpay as Chief Financial Officer in 2025, overseeing the company’s global financial functions. Peter has spent nearly 20 years as a CFO of public and private companies, including responsibility for strategy, operations, and go-to-market functions. Most recently, Peter served as the CFO of Instructure, leading the privatization of Instructure with its sale to KKR. Prior to Instructure, Peter was CFO of Sterling Check Corporation, CFO of Jackson Hewitt, and CFO of Assurant’s Global Housing business. Peter is a Certified Public Accountant.
