Since September 2018, Will has served as Operations Manager at Corporate Audio Visual Services, overseeing AV production. Additionally, Will has held various roles within IATSE Local One as a Project Manager and Stagehand since January 2014. As the owner of Will Austen Productions since 2009, Will has led numerous projects and has previously worked as Branch Manager at Immediate Connections from 2008 to 2017. Notable past positions include Electrician at Hudson Scenic Studio and the Metropolitan Opera, as well as Technical Director at Staging Techniques. Will holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theater from Adelphi University and has furthered education in AV technology and production.
