With a background in senior program management at Fiserv Credit Union Solutions and professional services management at Symitar, Beckie has consistently focused on enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. An education in Leadership and Management and Applied Psychology from Franklin University further complements Beckie's expertise in guiding individuals through career transitions and organizational development.
