Melissa Ashley serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate One Federal Credit Union since July 1999, where responsibilities include determining strategic direction and overseeing operations. Previously held positions include Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2018, and various roles in financial leadership from 1999 to 2014. Additionally, Melissa currently acts as Interim President/CEO and Chair of the Board for Sherpa Technologies, LLC, leading efforts in digital transformation for credit unions. Prior experience includes a seven-year tenure at KPMG as an Assurance Manager, focusing on technical accounting and audit operations. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University, with a minor in Computer Information Science.
