Kiheon Baek

Kiheon Baek is a Senior Data Scientist II at Corteva Agriscience since November 2022, specializing in deep learning-based protein structure design and engineering. Previously, Kiheon held the position of Senior Data Scientist, focusing on MD, DL, and ML-based protein structure design. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at Molecular Templates, where Kiheon worked on ML-based immunotoxin structure design, and as a Scientist at Sanofi Pasteur, concentrating on MD and ML-based vaccine structure design. Additional roles include Research Associate at The University of Texas at Dallas, conducting HT screening and MD simulations, and Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Rochester, analyzing tendon biology. Kiheon Baek holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as an MS and BS in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Seoul National University.
