Robert Morrison

Robert Morrison currently serves as Pre-sales Lead at We Are CORTEX, specializing in hyperautomation and orchestration for Communication Service Providers since March 2024. Previously, Robert spent over a decade at CSG, where roles included Executive Director of Product and Solutions Management, overseeing key product lines such as Encompass Revenue Management and Digital Mediation, and Executive Director of Product Management, directing strategy and P&L for mediation and activation solutions. Prior to CSG, Robert was with Intec Telecom Systems PLC, initially as Pre-sales Manager and Consultant, then advancing to Product Manager for charging and billing solutions. Robert began a career at Tertio as a Senior Consultant, contributing to activation and charging solutions across Europe. Educational credentials include a BA Hons in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
