Caroline Landy has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Private Tutor for middle-schoolers in English and mathematics. In 2015, they worked as a Versatile Assistant at COURTOIS WET WIPES EXPERTS. In 2016, they took on the role of Project Manager and Public Relations/Sponsor Manager at HECulture, where they organized cross-cultural exchange activities and managed a team of 40 volunteers. In 2017, they briefly worked as an Asset Management Insight at H2O AM LLP. Starting in 2018, they held multiple roles concurrently, including being the Head of Network at CBS Students, where they managed a network of student organizations and organized events for student organization presidents. Caroline also worked as a Logistics Coordinator for the Tax Clinic at La Société de Relations d'Affaires HEC Montréal. In 2019, they joined Corti as an AI Trainer involved in transcription, annotation, data labelling, and quality assurance of internal and external data. Caroline later became the Lead AI Trainer and then transitioned to the role of Product Operations Associate. Currently, Caroline Landy is a Product Manager at Corti, starting in February 2023.

Caroline Landy pursued their education starting in 2012 at Lycée Saint Elme, Arcachon, where they obtained a Scientific French Baccalauréat with a specialty in mathematics. From 2014 to 2018, they attended HEC Montréal, completing their Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Subsequently, they enrolled in Copenhagen Business School from 2019 to 2021, where they earned their MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Management of Innovation and Business Development (MIB).
