Prior to that, Polly was the VP of Client Experience at HealthMark Group and played key roles at Pivot Health Advisors and physIQ, establishing and developing client success initiatives. Polly's educational background includes a BA in Spanish and an MA in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland and the University of Maryland Baltimore County, respectively.
