Costas Karicas is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing and packaging industries. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Corvaglia Group since June 2023, Costas previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Adam Pack Food Packaging Single Member SA from July 2021 to June 2023. Costas' tenure at Tupperware Brands from May 2010 to August 2020 included roles as Plant Manager for Greece and Portugal, as well as EMEA SHE Leader, overseeing significant operations and achieving substantial improvements in production efficiency and safety. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Solar Cells Hellas Group, Micrel Medical Devices, and Resilux, complemented by strong educational credentials including a Global Management certificate from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering.
