Jorge Llansa has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several decades. Jorge started their career in 1966 as a Process Engineer at Atlas Chemical Industries/ICI and then worked as a Research/Computer Engineer at Sunoco Refining & Marketing. At Sunoco, they ran pilot plants and implemented refinery information systems. In 1974, they joined FOXBORO Co. as an Applications Engineer for four years before moving on to Harris Controls as an Associate Principal Engineer. In 1981, they joined Setpoint/Aspen Technology as an Applications Engineer and held various roles during their 20-year career, including Branch Manager, Business Development Manager, and Project Manager. Jorge then worked as a Senior Training Specialist at RWD/GP Strategies for seven years before becoming a Lead Engineer at CORYS in 2013.
Jorge Llansa holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
