Caroline Green is an experienced Ecommerce professional with a focus on customer experience and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Ecommerce Experience Lead and Website Publisher at COS since August 2021, Caroline previously held the position of Assistant Manager for Ecommerce at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and served as Ecommerce Assistant Manager at Marimekko for five years. During tenure at Marimekko, Caroline facilitated a successful North American site launch and developed customer service workflows, enhancing customer engagement. Caroline's earlier roles include Assistant Store Manager and Sewing Service Manager at Marimekko, where Caroline trained teams and increased sales through innovative service offerings. Caroline's career began with internships in fashion design and sales, complemented by academic credentials including an Associate’s Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from FIDM.
