Sissi Cassan

Sissi Cassan is an experienced assortment planner and buyer currently working at COS since February 2022, focusing on global strategy and demand planning for Knitwear in Ladies Ready to Wear. Previously, Sissi held the position of Buying Controller for WomensWear, where responsibilities included setting sales goals and managing profitability targets. Prior experience at H&M from September 2017 to January 2022 involved serving as a Merchandise Manager, driving the WomensWear assortment's sales and profitability across various markets, including the UK, Ireland, France, and southern Europe, encompassing over 700 stores. Sissi holds a Postgraduate Program degree in Fashion, Luxury and Design Management from the Institut Français de la Mode, a master's degree in Cultural Management from the Université libre de Bruxelles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from the University of Kent.
