Mr. Ioschpe graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, with a postgraduate degree from ESPM – SP and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the Amos Tuck School of Dartmouth College (USA). He joined Iochpe-Maxion in 1986, where he held various positions until June 1996, when he left to assume the Presidency of AGCO in Brazil. He returned to Iochpe-Maxion in January 1998, assuming the Presidency in the same year, remaining there until March 2014, when he assumed the Presidency of the Board of Directors.
