Mr. Ricardo is the Company's vice president of finance and investor relations. Mr. Lewin holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Escola Politecnica of the University of São Paulo and a master's degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Lewin was head of mergers and acquisitions at Cosan SA and Indústria e Comércio for nine years, and served as an Officer at Rumo SA, a subsidiary of the Company, between 2017 and 2021 . Before that, he worked at Votorantim Cimentos, at Banco BBV and at Banco Itaú.

The Company offers Logistics services, including transportation, port loading and storage of sugar, leasing or lending of locomotives, wagons and other railway equipment, through its subsidiaries Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. (Rumo), logistic segment (Logistic). The Company is also engaged in production and distribution of lubricants, through its indirect subsidiaries Cosan Lubrificantes e Especialidades S.A. (Moove) and Comma Oil & Chemicals Ltd. (Comma), under the Mobil licensed trademark in Brazil, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay, in addition to the European and Asian market using the Comma brand and corporate activities (Lubricants).
