Nikhil Sharma is an accomplished professional in operations and technology with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Soul Forest India since April 2023, Nikhil focuses on creating biodiverse forests through community engagement. Prior to this role, Nikhil was the Vice President at BYJU's Toppr.com, leading the online LIVE classes vertical aimed at school students and competitive exam preparation. Nikhil co-founded DronStudy Pvt. Ltd., an edTech startup, where efforts were directed towards improving access to quality education. Earlier roles include serving as Product Leader at BlackBuck, managing B2B logistics solutions, and as a Tech Leader at Cisco, Intel, and Conexant, where Nikhil contributed to the architecture and design of advanced semiconductor systems. Nikhil holds a dual degree in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
