Panagiotis Kefalopoulos is an experienced Business Data Analyst at Cosmote e-Value since February 2015, specializing in data gathering, reporting, and performance tracking, as well as ETL automation and business analysis. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where Panagiotis focused on personalized service for public sector clients, supported SLA contracts, and resolved technical and commercial issues. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at the National Bank of Greece, managing customer accounts and providing information on banking services. Panagiotis holds a Master of Science in Digital Communications and Networks and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Piraeus.
