Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager, Lead Planning & Estimating at Klip B.V. from September 1992 to April 2000. Visser possesses a post-bachelor degree in Cost Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1989 and 1993, and has completed the DACE Cost Engineering certification from 2000 to 2002.
