Eric Chen

Eric Chen has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Operation Director at Costa Coffee since July 2019. Prior to this role, Eric held positions including General Manager at Crystal Jade Culinary Concepts Holding (Great China) Limited and Operation Director at PizzaExpress China. Additional experience includes working in operational roles at Dairy Queen, Burger King Corporation, and 麦当劳. Eric's career began after earning a Bachelor's degree in Biological Engineering and Food Engineering from Shanghai University, completed in 1994.
