Aldo Bressan has a strong background in finance and consulting. Aldo started their career at Accenture Italia in 1993 and progressively grew in roles, becoming a Senior Manager in 2001. Aldo was responsible for solutions design and delivery, managing teams and ensuring delivery within time and budget. Aldo also played a significant role in business development, proposals development, and negotiation. In 2008, they joined Costa Crociere as the VP Costa Group Controlling. Aldo initially served as the Planning and Forecasting Director for Costa Europe and Costa Asia and was later promoted to Costa Group Controlling Director. In this role, they coordinated a team of 15 Business Analysts, oversaw planning and forecasting processes, and reported to the Group CEO and CFO.
Aldo Bressan attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Business Economy.
