Roberto then joined Costa Crociere S.p.A., where they held various roles including Group Accounting Governance and Control Manager, Finance Director, Business Analysis and Development Director, Operations Finance Director, and Director of the CEO Office. In these positions, they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, process improvement, business development, and leading major projects. Roberto also served on the boards of subsidiary companies and was involved in acquisitions and start-up projects. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Costa Crociere S.p.A.
