Michelle currently serves as the Finance Operations Manager for the Vertical Farming division at Costa, overseeing the Tomato and Mushroom categories. Michelle leads a team of 6 accountants and manages a $350m turnover. Michelle's role has evolved over time, including being the finance lead for the Mushroom category and handling audit responsibilities. Prior to their current role, Michelle held positions as a Senior Financial Accountant, Assistant Accountant, and Graduate Accountant in different companies. Michelle earned their Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Swinburne University of Technology.
