Frank Truong has a strong background in the food industry, with experience in sales, business development, and new product commercialization. Frank co-founded COSUCRA Inc. in 2018, overseeing its operations and leading a sales force of 75 members. Frank also served as a mentor for alternative protein ventures at Big Idea Ventures. Prior to that, they held leadership roles at AAK and Tate & Lyle, where they managed sales teams and contributed to the development and execution of global business strategies. Frank also has experience in dairy protein innovation at Fonterra, where they drove commercialization plans and managed customer insights.
Frank Truong has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Economics, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Frank participated in Senior Leadership Executive Coaching, High Performance Culture Development, and Consultative Sales training from 2013 to 2017. Frank also took food science courses at Purdue University and IFT from 2013 to 2014, and attended various technical courses in Food Science from 2009 to 2020, offered by institutions such as Fonterra, Tate & Lyle, AAK, and COSUCRA.
