Guido Rasschaert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Guido started their career as a Senior Change Manager at Providentia in 2019 before becoming a Site Manager at Lantmännen in 2020, where they managed daily operations and implemented improvement programs. In the same year, Guido joined Vesuvius Belgium as a Site Manager, overseeing safety, maintenance, project management, and quality assurance. Guido then moved on to Coffee F. Rombouts in 2021 as an Operations Manager, focusing on technical and organizational optimization. In 2022, Guido held the position of Managing Partner - COO at Phoenixs and later joined Vesuvius Belgium as a Production & Supply Chain Manager, responsible for process optimization and change management. Guido then served as a Director of Supply Chain Operations at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners before assuming the role of Operations Director Pea at COSUCRA in 2023. Throughout their career, Guido has demonstrated a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Guido Rasschaert attended Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent from 1982 to 1987. Guido pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Bio-chemics Food and Beverage during this period.
