In his role as Executive Vice President of Client Engagement, Joe is responsible for partnering with our clients to address their unique business needs and challenges, optimizing the value they realize from our solutions while ensuring overall satisfaction. He engages directly with clients and provides strategic direction for our client engagement, consulting advisory, and implementation teams to deliver the best possible results for our customers’ success. Drawing on over twenty years of experience in healthcare, Joe serves as an advocate for our clients internally, thereby assuring their requirements are both understood and met by Cotiviti’s teams.

Prior to joining Cotiviti in September 2016, Joe was the Vice President of Account Management for McKesson, where he spent the majority of his career. In this capacity he helped the retention of thousands of payer, government, provider, and hospital clients by building and managing a strong client-facing team. He also previously worked for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health where he was responsible for contract management, as well as developing and managing public policy initiatives.

Joe earned a master’s degree in management of science from Antioch University New England and a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Maine.
