As Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, along with being the Treasurer, and EVP of Transformation and International Operations, Peter brings more than 20 years of executive leadership in healthcare services and technology to his role at Cotiviti. He is responsible for Cotiviti’s finance, legal, compliance, facilities, and strategic sourcing functions. He leads large-scale transformation projects across the enterprise, expanding the adoption of Lean Six Sigma and building a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence, managing global administrative functions and managing operational and technology teams in India and Nepal that support North America businesses.

Throughout his career, Peter has had the privilege of working with health plans and healthcare providers to solve their clinical and financial challenges. Prior to joining Cotiviti, he served as Chief Financial Officer and in other executive roles at several public and privately held companies, where he managed financial, technology, data informatics, compliance, client service, process improvement, and operational teams in corporate and divisional settings during periods of rapid revenue growth. Peter spent nearly 13 years with McKesson and has since led two publicly traded healthcare companies through transformational transactions with private equity firms as well as completing several major business turnarounds.

Peter earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and received his Certified Public Accountant certificate from the state of Illinois.
