Peter Johnson has extensive experience in the retail industry, particularly in the areas of IT and logistics. Peter started their career at Colonial Mutual as an IT Analyst, where they worked from 1989 to 1995. Peter then joined Country Road as an Applications Manager from 1996 to 1998. Following this, Peter served as the Operations Manager at Sportsgirl Sportscraft Group for a year. In 1998, they joined Jeans West as the Group IT and Logistics Manager, where they played a vital role in ensuring business performance and future growth through efficient systems and operational processes. Peter's vision at Jeans West was to provide the business with technology tools that facilitate tactical and strategic decision-making. In 2004, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Cotton On Group.
Peter Johnson attended Ringwood Secondary College from 1979 to 1984. Peter then went on to study at Monash University from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree.
