Shae McDonald has extensive experience in brand strategy and merchandise planning, currently serving as Brand Strategy Manager (Global) for Cotton On Group since June 2013, with various roles including Cotton On Womenswear and Cotton On Body. Prior to this, Shae worked at Target Australia as a Merchandise Planner in Training from September 2011 to June 2013, focusing on bedlinen, children's accessories, and youth footwear. Shae's career began at Galway Trading, where roles included General Manager and Marketing Manager from August 2007 to August 2011. Shae holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Deakin University and an Advanced Diploma of Business Marketing from RMIT University.
