Currently serving as the People & Performance Manager and Head of ASIA at Cotton On Group since April 2022, Wan Ning previously held roles as the Regional Talent Business Partner for Singapore and Vietnam at LUXASIA and as the Human Resources Business Partner for multiple markets at Cotton On Group. Earlier experience includes serving as the Regional Assistant Manager at BreadTalk Group Ltd, where responsibilities spanned HR and training functions across Singapore, Thailand, and Taiwan, and as a Senior Human Resources Officer at The Soup Spoon Pte Ltd. Wan Ning holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University and a Diploma in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
