Tim Johnson

Tim Johnson serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Cotton Incorporated, a position held since April 2008, after progressing through roles including Vice President of Corporate Finance, Controller, and Manager of Financial Reporting. In these roles, Tim Johnson has been instrumental in ensuring efficient and accurate financial transactions on a global scale, implementing essential controls, and managing domestic accounts payable operations. Prior to Cotton Incorporated, experience includes serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at RH Donnelley and as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young, providing expertise in revenue processes and applying GAAP standards across various sectors. Tim Johnson holds a Master's of Accounting and a B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
