Annette Morales has over 15 years of experience in finance, primarily at Coty since October 2010, where roles have included Director of Royalties & Licensing and US CMO Brand Finance, overseeing financial royalties for over 30 licenses and strategic initiatives for several luxury beauty brands. Other significant positions at Coty include Director of AMAPAC and Global Kylie Business Planning, where finance processes were developed for the Americas and Asia Pacific, and Director of FP&A Controller for Consumer Beauty North America, responsible for the complete P&L of leading beauty brands. Annette also made substantial contributions during the merger of Coty with P&G Beauty as Sr. Manager Corporate FP&A and played a key role in Coty's IPO as a Senior Financial Analyst.
