Joseph Conklin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Deputy General Counsel at Coty Inc. since April 2008, Joseph oversees all aspects of intellectual property, including the management of a diverse trademark portfolio and litigation matters. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Atkins Nutritionals, Inc., where responsibilities included managing litigation, ensuring compliance with FDA and FTC regulations, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, Joseph served as General Counsel at Twin Laboratories, Inc., addressing compliance issues, intellectual property enforcement, and overseeing complex litigation. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University and a Doctor of Law from St. John's University.
