Alex Migon

Alex Migon has significant experience in finance and investment management, currently serving as a Board Member at Couchbase since May 2020. As Managing Partner at GPI Capital since April 2015, Alex oversees strategic investments in various industries from offices in New York and London. Previous roles include Portfolio Manager at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (August 2010 - April 2015), Corporate Development Consultant at George Weston Limited (May 2009 - August 2010), Associate at Moore Capital Management (September 2007 - February 2008), and various positions at Merrill Lynch from March 2004 to August 2007, including Associate in Institutional Equity Sales and Analyst in Investment Banking. Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Toronto, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
