Crystal Montejano

Crystal Montejano has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as an HR Operations Analyst at Couchbase since May 2019. Prior to this role, Crystal was the Human Resources Manager at TenCate Advanced Composites from June 2015 to May 2019. Crystal started in HR as an HR Generalist at Clarity Consultants from October 2013 to May 2015 and also worked as a Contractor in Sales Operations at CyberSource for a brief period in 2013. Before entering the HR field, Crystal served as an Office Manager at Clarity Consultants from August 2010 to July 2013. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Santa Clara University, obtained in 2009.
