Dana Bozarth

Dana Bozarth is a seasoned payroll management professional with extensive experience in overseeing global payroll operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Payroll at Couchbase since August 2023, Dana previously held the position of Senior Manager of Global Payroll and Equity at Certinia from April 2020 to August 2023, in addition to serving as the Global Payroll Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Lattice Semiconductor as Global Payroll and Equity Manager, and at the Oregon Humane Society as Senior Accountant. Dana also contributed to Mentor Graphics as Global Payroll Manager. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Portland State University.
