Meg Jin

Meg Jin currently serves as the VP of Sales Operations and VP FP&A at Couchbase, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this, Meg held the role of Executive Director, BD Finance and Operations at GE Digital from November 2016 to January 2018, where responsibilities included leading finance integration for five acquisitions totaling approximately $1 billion and establishing metrics to evaluate M&A success. Meg has also served as Executive Director of Business Simplification at GE Healthcare, focusing on change management and operational excellence across finance functions. Additionally, leadership in financial planning and analysis for GE Healthcare was characterized by overseeing a $19 billion technology company’s financial operations. Earlier experience includes various leadership positions within GE's corporate audit program where management of a global team of auditors was instrumental. Meg Jin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and multiple coaching certifications from iPEC Coaching.
