Ray Cardillo

Ray Cardillo has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Software Engineering at Couchbase, leading a distributed team on the SDK & Connectors. Prior to this role, Ray held positions such as President of Business Operations at Tough Love Salon and Principal Software Engineer at Verizon Media, focusing on mobile development. With a strong foundation in technical leadership from roles at Oath, Millennial Media, Exelis, and the Air Force Research Laboratory, Ray has managed various projects and teams, demonstrating expertise in technologies such as Couchbase, Hadoop, Java, and Python. Ray holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
