Eric Vignola is a software engineering professional with significant experience in both educational and organizational settings. Currently serving as the Manager of Software Engineering at the Council of the Great City Schools since February 2018, Eric has developed technology strategies as a lead engineer. Prior to this role, Eric contributed as an Undergraduate Researcher at American University, where involvement included developing a video game for the Smithsonian American Art Museum and collaborating on a Global Game Jam project. Additional experience includes mentoring young black males in STEM at College Tribe and teaching photography techniques as the Head Teacher at FotoSynthesis. Eric holds degrees from American University and Peking University.
