Michaela Tricozzi

Michaela Tricozzi is an experienced Talent Specialist at the Council on Foreign Relations, where responsibilities include full life-cycle recruitment, administrative assistance to the internship program, and various human resources functions. Prior roles at the Council included Assistant Director, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Associate, providing support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Michaela has also gained experience as a Temporary Human Resources Assistant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and as Head of Pedagogical Support at Smartick, where personalized customer assistance and communication were key responsibilities.
