Rayhan Arif

Rayhan Arif has a diverse background in investments and strategy with significant experience in early-stage business incubation at Virgin since September 2017, while also serving as a Board Observer for Virgin Hotels. Rayhan is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations since June 2023. Prior roles include a Private Equity Associate at AEA Investors, where evaluations and executions of leveraged buyout transactions were conducted for a firm managing approximately $10 billion in capital, and a Strategy Associate at Zipcar, providing strategic advisory to management. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, focusing on a range of sectors, and a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Rayhan holds an A.B. in Economics and Government from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
