Mary Lemonnier

Mary (Molly) LeMonnier has extensive experience in talent development and training within the corporate sector, currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Training Specialist at COUNTRY Financial® since January 2006. In this role, responsibilities include identifying training needs, designing, developing, and facilitating learning solutions to enhance productivity and job performance. Previous positions at COUNTRY Financial® included Senior Agency Training Designer and Curriculum Instructional Developer, as well as a Billing Specialist where complex accounting records were analyzed and adjusted. Earlier experience includes a teaching assistant role at Sugar Creek Elementary School and a Senior Account Representative position at Classic Apparel, Inc. Mary holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Illinois State University.
