Meredith Mills

Meredith Mills has a extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the senior living industry. Meredith started their career as the Marketing Director at Country Meadows Retirement Communities in 2011 and subsequently held positions such as Regional Marketing Manager and Campus Executive Director. Meredith later served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning, where they focused on building relationships and improving healthcare coordination for residents. Meredith then became the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for directing the strategic and operational aspects of a 2,600 bed, 12 campus IL/AL/MC company. In 2021, they took on the role of President and Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately became the President and CEO of the company in 2023.

Additionally, Meredith has also contributed to the Bridge the Gap Podcast as a recurring guest contributor, where they shared their knowledge and insights on healthcare innovation and its impact on senior living providers and residents. Prior to their senior living career, they gained experience in e-commerce and design operations at Urban Outfitters.

Overall, Meredith Mills has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the senior living industry throughout their career.

Meredith Mills obtained their Bachelors degree in Sociology and Art from Franklin & Marshall College. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University, which they completed between 2012 and 2014.
