Daniel Mills, MHA, PCHA has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Daniel began their career at Bayard Sales Corporation as an intern in 2002 and then worked at T.D. Mills Promotional Products, a family business, from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they had a summer internship at Merrill Lynch before joining Chubb in 2005. At Chubb, they worked as a Marketing Specialist from 2006 to 2011 and as an Underwriter from 2005 to 2006.
In 2011, Daniel joined Country Meadows Retirement Communities, where they held multiple positions over the years. Daniel started as a Pathways Manager in 2011 and later became a Connections Manager. In 2012, they were promoted to Campus Executive Director and held this role until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Campus Executive Director and then briefly as the Executive Director of Business Development before becoming the Vice President of Business Development from 2017 to 2021. In 2018, they were appointed as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) before assuming their current role as the Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer in 2021.
In addition to their work at Country Meadows, Daniel also had leadership positions at LifeSong Hospice and Palliative Care as the Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer from 2019 onwards, and at Captive: Allegheny Insurance for GML Family Corp. as the President from 2020.
Overall, Daniel Mills has extensive experience and has held various management and executive positions, demonstrating their expertise in strategy development, revenue management, business development, and administrative roles.
Daniel Mills, MHA, PCHA has a strong educational background in the field of healthcare administration and management. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Health Administration degree at Penn State University, focusing on health and healthcare administration and management. Earlier, from 2001 to 2005, they completed their Bachelor's degree in business from Franklin & Marshall College.
