Paul Casey, CMRP, serves as the Maintenance Manager for the County of Orange since September 2021, overseeing a diverse portfolio of more than 19 million square feet of commercial building space. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Maintenance Planning Supervisor at Orange County Public Works from January 2016 to September 2021, where management of the HVAC team and Building Automation group was among key responsibilities. Paul also has extensive experience from Ecolab as a District Manager and Master Service Technician, leading operations in the Los Angeles and San Diego markets, and from Boeing as a Production Supervisor, managing teams in various engineering disciplines. Additionally, Paul served in the US Army as an Airframe Repairman. Paul’s educational background includes an Associate's Degree in HVAC from Orange Coast College and an Associate's Degree in Water Treatment from Santiago Canyon College, complemented by further studies at Indiana Wesleyan University.
