Stephanie Boffa Wilkening, MPA, currently serves as the Department Safety Officer for the County of Orange, managing OCIT's Safety and Risk Program and overseeing the safety and training of over 200 employees. Previously, as Stakeholder Communications Manager, Stephanie developed internal and external strategic messaging for Shared Services departments encompassing nearly 8,500 employees and facilitated technology communications to over 16,000 employees Countywide. Additional experience includes roles at the Jewish Community Foundation of Orange County, Developments in Literacy USA, Boys and Girls Clubs of Huntington Valley, and Wells Fargo, highlighting a strong background in donor services, finance administration, and customer service. Stephanie holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree from Purdue Global Law School.
